Any order and subsequent purchase of goods (as defined below) or services from Hearing Accessories Ltd shall be governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.

We/Us/Our refers to Hearing Accessories Ltd – You/Yours refers to the customer

We will use best endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the prices and price related information stated on the site. However we cannot guarantee that we will not make a mistake and misprice an item inadvertently. If this is the case, we will notify you of the error before your payment is processed. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order.
Delivery and Returns:
We will make reasonable endeavours to ensure your Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order. In most cases we will dispatch your Goods within 48 hours of order of receipt. We will contact you, if for any reason, this is not possible.
Delivery of the goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you place the order.
Our staff will apply the lowest cost and most appropriate P&P solution to your order, taking into account your particular requirements and other considerations such as product value, delivery traceability or guaranteed delivery.
Hearing Accessories Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to customers returned goods in transit. Customers are advised to ensure goods are properly packed and insured before despatch, using proof of delivery service.
If your goods are not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days of you receiving notification of dispatch, you should contact us. Customers should promptly inspect goods delivered to them to satisfy themselves that any goods delivered to them are as expected.
In the case of non delivery, if either Hearing Accessories Ltd or the customer is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery. We accept that errors are not impossible and will do our best to deal with any enquiries relating to missing items, missing shipments/failure to deliver or proof of delivery in a satisfactory manner.
We will investigate missing items within 14 working days of dispatch/invoice. Discrepancies after this time cannot be processed.
By submitting your order to Hearing Accessories Ltd you confirm – You are aged 18 or over.
Orders for Goods:
Limitations of Supply:
We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that all orders are fulfilled. However we cannot guarantee the availability of goods. If the goods you have ordered are unavailable we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.
Prices and Payment:
Prices stated are inclusive of any Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be required to be remitted to tax authorities by Hearing Accessories Ltd.
If you are not happy with the product sold you must contact us immediately and return the item within 14 days. We will require written confirmation outlining the reason for return. Once the item is received by us we will issue a full refund once we are satisfied for the reason for the return. This can take up to 14 working days until the funds are transferred back in to your account depending on your Bank or Building Society.

The sites design, names, text, images, graphics, logos are all owned by, or licensed to Hearing Accessories Ltd. They may not be reproduced for any commercial or public purpose without the expressed consent of Hearing Accessories Ltd.
The Hearing Accessories Ltd name or any other registered or unregistered trademarks displayed on the site may not be used without the prior consent of Hearing Accessories Ltd.
Your Right To Cancel:
Under The United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until 14 calendar days after delivery.
If we’ve already shipped your order, you’ll need to package the items and send them back to us. If we don’t receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
All Hearing Accessories Ltd products (excluding batteries and wax guards) are covered by a manufacturers warranty from date on invoice, valid against defects in workmanship or materials (unless otherwise stated) for UK customers. Hearing Accessories Ltd will replace items under warranty at our discretion. Damage caused by accident, misuse, improper or unauthorised handling, modification, repair or negligence is excluded.
Specifications, Descriptions and Colours:
Colours and images shown are indicative only. Due to variations in printing and screen processes we cannot guarantee an exact colour match with that shown in illustrations and photographs. Specifications are correct at date of publication. Hearing Accessories Ltd reserves the right to amend products and specifications without notice, whilst retaining the original fitness of purpose, therefore the appearance of products may differ from that shown.
Title to Goods:
Legal and beneficial ownership of all goods supplied remains vested in Hearing Accessories Ltd until payment is received in full and cleared.
Hearing Accessories Ltd is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the price paid. Hearing Accessories Ltd will not, in any circumstances be liable for damages, compensation, expenses or losses, whether direct or consequential.
